We design, build, and commission PCC/MCC/IMCC panels, VFD systems, APFC banks, and PLC–DCS automation for plants across FMCG, pharma, water, and heavy industry—delivering safe power, higher uptime, and measurable efficiency.
Upgraded the bottling line with a new PCC and draw-out MCC, integrated VFDs on conveyors and pumps, and tied everything to PLC–SCADA for line balancing and soft starts. Result: smoother operations, reduced energy spikes, and faster fault isolation.
Delivered an intelligent MCC (IMCC) with feeder-wise metering, protection relays, and soft-starter/VFD combinations. Integrated with DCS/SCADA for remote diagnostics and energy dashboards, improving motor reliability and maintenance response times.
Automated purified water/HVAC utilities with PLC–SCADA, added an 11-stage APFC panel to maintain power factor above 0.98, and enabled audit-ready data logging to support GMP compliance.
